Shipping

Naditum ships with DHL. Within Germany Naditum covers the shipping costs as a thank you for purchasing. The products will be sent immediately after a successful payment. All delivery times given here are based on experience. Often shipping is faster, but unfortunately sometimes delays must be expected.

• Within Germany by DHL Standard: delivery time approx. 2-4 business days
• Within the EU by DHL Standard: delivery time approx. 5-7 business days For shipping within the EU, Naditum provides a packaging rate of 9,99 euros.

Shipping worldwide:

Currently Naditum can not offer worldwide shipping. If you are interested in the products and if you live outside the EU, please contact: info@naditum.com. We´ll find a solution together!

Returns

All Naditum products which are purchased trough the Naditum online shop can be returned to the address stated below within 14 days without giving reasons. Before returning the goods, the buyer must send a written declaration of revocation of the goods to Naditum. Please note: all goods must be send by an approved courier service and with a tracking number. Within Germany we send a free return label on request. Within the EU the buyer is responsible for returning the goods and pays for the shipping costs for the return. We gladly exchange unworn and undamaged products or refund if necessary. Duties for the compensation of payments must be fulfilled within 14 days. The period begins with the sending of the declaration of revocation or of the goods, for Naditum with their receipt.
